Access 1st Capital Bank offers overdraft privilege on most personal checking accounts. We will consider, without obligation to do so, payment of reasonable overdrafts, up to the limit specified on the account selection you make, as long as your account has been open for 30 days and is maintained in good standing. You save time, embarrassment and additional fees. Insufficient funds fees apply to overdrafts created by check, in-person withdrawal, ATM withdrawal, or other electronic means. A fee of $30.00 will be assessed for each insufficient item.
This privilege is available only on checking accounts, and we may limit the number of accounts eligible for Overdraft Privilege to one account per household. Overdraft Privilege is not available for the first 30 days an account is open. We reserve the right to deny payment of any overdrafts against your account if we determine your account is not being maintained in good standing. We expect accounts to be brought to a positive balance within 30 days of the overdraft occurrence.
